A salon booking system for Singapore hair and beauty salons

BookAndGo gives your salon its own booking page, a calendar for every stylist and therapist, and email confirmations and reminders, so clients can book a cut and colour or a lash lift without calling or messaging you. Your bookings and client records are stored in Singapore.

Built around the services you already sell

Add each service with its own length and price: a wash and cut, a cut and colour, a full head of highlights, rebonding, a keratin treatment, a scalp treatment, a lash lift, lash extensions, brow embroidery, a facial or a gel manicure. Clients pick the service first, then see only the times it fits, so a three-hour rebonding never lands in a one-hour gap.

You choose how times are offered. Set fixed start times for each day, or let BookAndGo work out slots from your opening hours and the length of each service. Add a gap between appointments for cleaning up or a short break, a minimum notice period so nobody books the chair ten minutes from now, and a limit on how far ahead clients can book.

Every stylist on one calendar

Each stylist, colourist or beauty therapist has their own calendar, and you see the whole team side by side. Professional includes up to 5 calendars, and Business up to 20 providers, which suits a salon with a front desk and a full floor.

Fewer messages, fewer gaps

An AI booking assistant on your booking page answers common questions about your services and finds a time that suits, while you are with a client. Regulars can be booked on a repeating schedule, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, in one go. When someone cancels, clients on the waitlist for that time are offered the slot, so a cancelled Saturday colour does not stay empty.

Know your clients before they sit down

Each client's details, past visits and notes sit in one record, so you can see what colour you used last time. Moving from another system? Import your client list from a spreadsheet. Intake forms let you ask your questions before a first visit, such as allergies before a lash lift or brow treatment. Clients agree to your privacy notice, and to your own waiver if you add one.

Invoices with your UEN

Send clients an invoice with your business's UEN, and mark it paid when the client pays you.

Not available in Singapore yet

Until then, confirmations and reminders go by email, and clients pay you directly. That means no deposits or prepayment at booking, and no packages sold online for now.

Questions salons ask

Can each stylist or therapist have their own calendar?

Yes. Each person gets their own calendar, and you see the whole team side by side. Professional includes up to 5 calendars and Business up to 20 providers.

Can I leave a gap after long services like colour or rebonding?

Yes. You set how long each service takes and a gap between appointments, so the next client is not booked in while you are still finishing.

Can clients pay a deposit when they book?

Not in Singapore yet. Taking payments from clients is not available in Singapore yet, so clients pay you directly at the salon. You can still invoice them with your UEN and mark the invoice paid.

Do clients get text reminders?

Not in Singapore yet. Text messages are not available in Singapore yet. Every booking is confirmed by email, and you choose when email reminders go out.
