Can you bring my class timetable across?
We set it up with you rather than importing it, because no booking platform exports a timetable in a form another can read. Class times, durations, prices and how many people fit in each one. That is usually an hour of back and forth, once.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. A flat S$59 a month, cancel whenever. Mindbody prices per location on tiered plans that climb as you grow.
Where is my data held?
Your bookings and client records are stored in Singapore. Mindbody is a United States platform.
How long does it take?
The import is minutes. The whole change, including agreeing what your members are told, is usually a couple of days. Keep Mindbody running until you are comfortable.
