Fitness studio booking for Singapore studios and trainers
BookAndGo gives your studio a booking page for one-to-one sessions, a calendar for every instructor, and email confirmations and reminders, so clients can book a reformer private or a PT session without a string of messages. Your bookings and client records are stored in Singapore.
For the private sessions you run
Add each session type with its own length and price: a reformer pilates private, a mat pilates private, a yoga private, a personal training session, a stretch session, a trial session for someone new, or a progress check. Clients choose the session, then pick from times that are actually free.
You decide how times are offered. Set fixed start times, such as on the hour from 7am, or let BookAndGo work out slots from your hours and the length of each session. Add a gap between sessions to reset the equipment, a minimum notice period so nobody books a 6am session at 5.50am, and a limit on how far ahead clients can book.
Every instructor on one calendar
Each trainer or instructor has their own calendar, and you see the whole studio side by side. Professional includes up to 5 calendars and Business up to 20 providers, so a growing studio can add coaches without changing system.
Keep regulars on the schedule
Most private clients train at the same time each week. Book their sessions to repeat weekly, fortnightly or monthly in one go, and each one gets its own email reminder. When a client cancels, people on the waitlist for that time are offered the slot, so an early-morning cancellation can still be filled.
An AI booking assistant on your booking page answers common questions about your sessions and finds a time that suits, even when you are mid-session and cannot reply.
Client records and intake
Each client's details, past sessions and notes sit in one record, so any instructor can see what was covered last time. Moving from another system? Import your client list from a spreadsheet. Intake forms let you ask your own questions before a first session, such as goals, training history or anything you want to know about injuries. Clients agree to your privacy notice, and to your own waiver if you add one.
Invoices with your UEN
Invoice clients with your business's UEN, and mark the invoice paid when the client pays you.
