BookAndGo lets clients book a home visit online, with their address, and leaves time to travel between jobs. It suits aircon servicing, cleaning, pest control and any business that goes to the client rather than the other way round. Your bookings and client records are stored in Singapore.

Bookings at the client's address

Tell BookAndGo that your business travels to its clients, and every booking asks where the job is. Address lookup helps clients enter the address correctly, so your technician is not calling to ask which block. You can also enter a client's address yourself when you take a booking by phone. The address sits on the booking, ready for whoever is doing the job.

Travel time between visits

A job in Tampines and the next one in Jurong cannot start back to back. Leave time to travel between visits: set a gap between appointments that covers the drive and packing up, and the next job is not booked to start the moment the last one finishes. Add a minimum notice period so nobody books a crew for an hour from now, and a limit on how far ahead clients can book.

Services clients book

Add each service with its own length and price: aircon general servicing, aircon chemical wash, aircon chemical overhaul, part-time home cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, sofa or mattress cleaning, or a pest control visit. Offer fixed start times, such as 9am, 11am and 2pm, or let BookAndGo work out slots from your hours and the length of each job.

Every technician or team on one calendar

Each technician, cleaner or crew has their own calendar, and you see the whole day side by side. Professional includes up to 5 calendars and Business up to 20 providers. Regular clients, such as a weekly or fortnightly part-time clean, can be booked to repeat in one go. When someone cancels, clients on the waitlist for that time are offered the slot.

An AI booking assistant on your booking page answers common questions about your services and finds a time that suits, while your team is out on jobs.

Clients, intake and invoices

Each client's details, past visits and notes sit in one record, so you know what was done last time. Import your existing client list from a spreadsheet. Intake forms let you ask your questions before a first visit, such as how many units need servicing or whether there are pets at home. Clients agree to your privacy notice, and to your own waiver if you add one. Invoice clients with your business's UEN and mark the invoice paid when the client pays you.

Until then, confirmations and reminders go by email, and clients pay you directly. That means no deposits or prepayment at booking for now.

Starter is S$29 a month or S$290 a year, Professional is S$59 a month or S$590 a year, and Business is S$129 a month or S$1,290 a year. Prices are in Singapore dollars.
