An online booking system that takes bookings while you work
Finding a time that suits by message takes time away from your clients. BookAndGo gives you a booking page of your own. Clients choose a service and a time and book themselves, and the appointment lands in your calendar with their details.
- Your hours, your rules. Set fixed start times, or let BookAndGo work out slots from your hours. Add a gap between appointments, a minimum notice period so nobody books the slot that starts in ten minutes, and a limit on how far ahead clients can book.
- A booking assistant on your page. An AI assistant on your booking page answers questions about your services and finds a time that suits the client.
- Repeat bookings. Book a regular client weekly, fortnightly or monthly in one go.
- Waitlist. When someone cancels, the people waiting for that time are offered the slot.
A booking system for small business, and for growing teams
A solo owner and a team of several use the same calendar. Every provider sits side by side, so you can see who is free at a glance: up to 5 calendars on Professional and up to 20 providers on Business.
- Businesses that travel. Take bookings at the client's address, with address lookup, so the right address comes through with the booking.
- Invoices. Invoice clients with your business's UEN.
- Client records. Every client's details, visits and notes in one place. Moving from another system or a spreadsheet? Import your client list from a spreadsheet.
- Email confirmations and reminders. Each booking is confirmed by email, and you choose when reminders go out.
- Intake forms. Ask your questions before the first visit. Clients agree to your privacy notice, and to your own waiver if you add one.
