What BookAndGo does for your business

BookAndGo is an appointment booking platform for Singapore service businesses: salons, spas, studios, and businesses that travel to their clients. Your bookings and client records are stored in Singapore.

Take bookings online

• Your own booking page. Clients choose a service and a time and book themselves, day or night.
• Your hours, your rules. Set fixed start times or let BookAndGo work out slots from your hours, with a gap between appointments, a minimum notice period and how far ahead clients can book.
• A booking assistant. An AI assistant on your booking page answers questions about your services and finds a time that suits.
• Repeat bookings. Book a client weekly, fortnightly or monthly in one go.
• Waitlist. When someone cancels, the people waiting for that time are offered the slot.

Run your day

• One calendar for the team. See every provider side by side: up to 5 calendars on Professional and up to 20 providers on Business.
• Businesses that travel. Book at the client's address, with address lookup, and leave a gap between appointments for travel.
• Invoices. Invoice clients with your UEN, and mark each one paid when the client pays you.

Look after your clients

• Client records. Every client's details, visits and notes in one place, imported from a spreadsheet if you are moving from another system.
• Email confirmations and reminders. Each booking is confirmed by email, and you choose when reminders go out.
• Intake forms. Ask your questions before the first visit. Clients agree to your privacy notice, and to your own waiver if you add one.

Until then, confirmations and reminders go by email, and clients pay you directly.
