Best appointment booking software in Singapore

This list is written by BookAndGo, one of the tools on it. We have tried to be fair, and every fact about another tool comes from that company's own website as read on 13 October 2026.

If you run a salon, spa, studio or a business that visits clients' homes in Singapore, an online booking system lets clients book themselves and keeps your day in one place. Here are five tools you can consider, listed in alphabetical order rather than ranked. For each one we say who it suits, what it does well and the limits worth knowing before you choose. Pricing changes, and some of these companies show different prices in different countries, so we describe how each one charges and link to its own pricing page.

How to choose

The five tools, in alphabetical order

BookAndGo

Suits: Salons, spas, studios and businesses that travel to their clients, from a solo operator to a team, who want their bookings and client records stored in Singapore.

Strengths

  • Your bookings and client records are stored in Singapore. Some services run elsewhere, and our data storage page lists what and where.
  • Your own booking page, fixed start times or slots worked out from your hours, repeat bookings, a waitlist and a booking assistant that finds a time that suits.
  • One calendar for the team, booking at the client's address with a gap between visits for travel, client records you can import from a spreadsheet, intake forms, email reminders and invoices with your UEN.
  • One MyAndGo account also signs you in to SignAndGo and ShareAndGo.

Limits to know in Singapore

  • Not available in Singapore yet: text messages and taking payments from clients and google calendar sync. Until then, reminders go by email and clients pay you directly.
  • No marketplace that sends you new clients. Your booking page is yours to share.

How it charges: Paid plans from S$29 a month, in Singapore dollars.

Fresha

Suits: Beauty, wellness and fitness businesses, such as salons, barbers, spas, massage and pet grooming, that want to be found by new clients as well as take bookings.

Strengths

  • A marketplace where people find and book businesses near them, alongside your own online booking.
  • Payments built in, including card terminals, upfront deposits and daily payouts, plus booking reminders by email and text.

Limits to know in Singapore

  • Its pricing page describes a one-time fee on new clients who come to you through its marketplace. Bookings from your own links are not charged that fee.
  • Cost grows with the size of your team, because the subscription is charged per bookable team member.

How it charges: A monthly subscription per bookable team member, with fees on payments it processes and on new clients from its marketplace. Check its pricing page for the figures that apply to you.

Questions

Is this list impartial?

It is written by BookAndGo, one of the tools on it, so read it with that in mind. The tools are in alphabetical order, and every fact about another tool comes from that company's own website as read on 13 October 2026.

Which of these tools store client records in Singapore?

BookAndGo does. Your documents, records and files are stored in Singapore. Some services run elsewhere: your account details are held in Sydney, Australia; your sign-in details (name, email address and sign-in method) are held by Google in the United States; and payments are handled by Stripe in the United States. Our privacy policy lists the rest. SimplyBook.me's website says its platform is hosted in the EU. For the others, ask the company where your bookings and client records would be held.

Can I send text reminders to clients in Singapore?

Not with BookAndGo yet: text messages are not available in Singapore yet, so reminders go by email. Fresha, Setmore, SimplyBook.me and Zoho Bookings each describe text messages on their own websites, and Setmore says availability varies by country, so check with each one before you choose.

How much does BookAndGo cost in Singapore?

Starter is S$29 a month or S$290 a year, Professional is S$59 a month or S$590 a year, and Business is S$129 a month or S$1,290 a year. Prices are in Singapore dollars. Enterprise is for larger teams: talk to us.
