BookAndGo and Fresha, compared for Singapore businesses
BookAndGo and Fresha both give appointment-based businesses an online booking page, a calendar and client records. They are built differently, and the right one depends on what your business needs most. This page sets out what each company says it does on its own website, where Fresha is stronger, and where BookAndGo is different. Your bookings and client records are stored in Singapore.
The short version
Fresha is a large booking platform with a marketplace where clients search for businesses, card payments online and in store, deposits, and text reminders. On its own website it says it works in more than 120 countries. BookAndGo is a smaller appointment booking platform for service businesses, with Singapore workspaces whose bookings and client records are stored in Singapore, and plans from S$29 a month. If you need to take card payments or deposits from clients today, Fresha does that and BookAndGo does not yet in Singapore.

Where Fresha is stronger
Taking payments. Fresha says it can take payments online or in store with its own terminal, and collect a deposit or full payment when a client books, which helps with no-shows. Its payment processor terms list a provider for Singapore, Adyen Singapore Pte Ltd. BookAndGo cannot take payments from clients in Singapore yet.
Text reminders. Fresha says it sends booking reminders by email and text. BookAndGo sends confirmations and reminders by email in Singapore, and texts are not available here yet.
Being found. Fresha runs a marketplace where people look for a business to book. Its pricing page lists a one-time commission on new clients who find you there, and no fee on returning clients. BookAndGo has no marketplace: clients book through your own page, which you share.
Apps and reach. Fresha links business and client apps on the App Store and Google Play from its website, and is a larger, established platform across many countries.
Where BookAndGo is different
Where your data is stored. Your bookings and client records are stored in Singapore. Some services run elsewhere, and our data storage page lists every one. We did not find a statement in Fresha's privacy policy about where a Singapore business's data is stored, so ask them if that matters to you.
Simple plan prices. BookAndGo charges by plan, not by team member, in Singapore dollars. Plans start at S$29 a month. The Professional plan has up to 5 calendars side by side and Business has up to 20 providers. See pricing.
Built for the way you work. Fixed start times or slots worked out from your hours, an AI booking assistant on your booking page, repeat bookings, a waitlist, booking at a client's address with address lookup for businesses that travel, invoices with your UEN, intake forms with privacy consent, and client records you can import from a spreadsheet. The full list is on our features page.
One account for more. One MyAndGo account also signs you in to SignAndGo for e-signatures and ShareAndGo for secure virtual data rooms.

Which one suits you
Choose Fresha if taking deposits and card payments through your booking system, text reminders or a marketplace for new clients matter most to you today. Choose BookAndGo if you want your bookings and client records stored in Singapore, a price per plan rather than per team member, and a booking page you share with the clients you already have.
Questions
Is BookAndGo cheaper than Fresha in Singapore?
It depends on the size of your team and what you use. Starter is S$29 a month or S$290 a year, Professional is S$59 a month or S$590 a year, and Business is S$129 a month or S$1,290 a year. Prices are in Singapore dollars. Enterprise is for larger teams: talk to us. Fresha publishes its own prices at fresha.com/pricing, where its Team plan is charged per team member, so compare the plan you would actually use.
Can I take deposits with BookAndGo, as I can with Fresha?
Not in Singapore yet. Taking payments from clients is not available in Singapore yet, so there are no deposits or online card payments, and clients pay you directly. Fresha says on its own website that it can collect a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
Where are my bookings and client records stored with BookAndGo?
Your documents, records and files are stored in Singapore. Some services run elsewhere: your account details are held in Sydney, Australia; your sign-in details (name, email address and sign-in method) are held by Google in the United States; and payments are handled by Stripe in the United States. Our privacy policy lists the rest.
Can I bring my client list across to BookAndGo?
Yes. BookAndGo imports client records from a spreadsheet. If you can export your client list from your current system as a spreadsheet, you can import it, then add your services and opening hours and share your booking page.
